Our Philosophy

Every Florida resident who wants a customized, lawyer-drafted Last Will & Testament should be able to get one quickly and easily.  The fee for getting a Last Will & Testament should not create an economic obstacle for the consumer.  Non-lawyer document preparers and paralegals frequently advertise estate planning documents at prices consumers think are less expensive than those charged by lawyers.  This perception is not always true.  We invite you to compare our fees to those charged by non-lawyers.  Additionally, non-lawyer document preparers and paralegals are prohibited from giving any legal advice.  If document preparers and paralegals ignore the law and give legal advice or answer legal questions, the consumer is at risk because the answers may be incorrect.
